Kevin is qualifed and registered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) to administer and provide feedback on ability tests and personality questionnaires used for recruitment and selection.  Kevin is also a qualifed and certificated user of the Focus Energy Balance Indicator (FEBI) developed in the USA by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw, ex Project Manager at NASA. Product price or special offer

The one-to-one coaching begins with an appointment for an initial conversation lasting 45 minutes, at a set fee of £50.  You will then be given confidential feedback within 10 working days. We can then together decide whether to proceed.  Provided we are in agreement we shall arrange a timed process for coaching sessions at a fixed price on contract and payment terms.  Usually coaching is in steps with planned actions over a period of three to six months, or longer if there is a stronger development need.   Commitment of the client is required for best results. For organisations requiring group, team or functional coaching (e.g Finance/HR), once an initial assessment has been made, and the timings of the interventions agreed, then a set fee is agreed, with payments made 25 % at the start, 50% in the middle and 25% at the end.  Please email or telephone for an appointment.
