This workshop challenges participants to understand their ethical dilemmas and choices at work through helping participants to explore how leadership and decision making draws on different emotional, rational and ethical resources, and the impact ethical behaviour has in motivating colleagues and followers, and the capacity for leading with integrity in times of financial crisis.
The course will have three main outcomes:
- participants identify the underlying theories which shape behaviour in different situations and support the development of inner resources to strengthen their authority as a responsible and accountable leader
- participants are provided with the tools to identify and explore ethical challenges encountered and experienced in their role
- Participants gain an understanding of decision taking and management of ethical risks at a time of financial crisis.
The course will be closely tailored to the needs of professional financial intermediaries, financial service providers, to those involved in regulation and enforcement and those who work in supporting them.
We can help design, host and lead professional education and design events that get away from the passive participator to encourage involvement through the use of experiential learning techniques for crossing boundaries and creating a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression.
