Cross Boundary Solutions Ltd vision is to become the lead bespoke organisational consultancy service in the South West of England. Our mission is to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their potential and accomplish their goals. We believe in developing the capacity of human beings to create innovative solutions to organisational problems. We are committed to ethical consultation that brings out the best in people and organisations. We work with people to implement sustainable change that link effort, reward and business to the community. We are rigorous about setting realistic performance targets and evaluating results. We believe ethical business is good business.

Kevin is contributory author to the book "Mind-ful Consulting" (Edited by Dr Sue Whittle & Karen Izod) to be published by Karnac in March 2009. Kevin's chapter entitled "Energy World: Developing the Accountancy Profession for Ethical Leadership" explores ethical dilemmas and challenges in the accountancy profession and consulting to these issues at a time of financial crisis.

Cross Boundary Solutions Ltd is a door to advanced organisational consultancy services in the UK and internationally. Kevin Dixon is Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the Advanced Organisational Consultation Society of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (AOCS). Kevin is passionate about good organisational change and the use of experimentation and experiential learning to create the possibility for better ways of organising and managing work.

Company history

^{Cross Boundary Solutions Ltd was formed in 2005 and is owned by Kevin Dixon. Kevin has significant strategic change, programme and project management experience operating at board level in the UK and Ireland. Kevin has designed and delivered leadership development programmes, recruitment and selection processes, coached individuals and teams, consulted to strategic partnerships and led the design of customer services strategy. Kevin is experienced in strategic financial management, corporate governance, ethical business, and the behavioural aspects of individual, team and organisational performance. Kevin especially welcomes opportunities to work in challenging and complex business environments.
